All personal and financial data — including your UPI handles and Paytm-linked mobile numbers — is encrypted at rest using industry-standard AES-256 encryption. Only authorised internal systems can read this data, and access is logged every time.

Cookie Controls

We use session cookies to keep you logged in and analytics cookies to understand how our lobby pages perform. You can review and adjust cookie preferences from your browser settings at any time — blocking analytics cookies does not affect your account access.

Account Security Verification

Before we action any change to your email, mobile number or linked payment method, we verify your identity through a one-time code sent to your registered number. This prevents unauthorised changes to your PhonePe or UPI details.

Data Retention Schedule

Active account data is held while your account remains open. If you request closure, we delete non-essential records within 90 days and retain only the minimum transaction logs required by applicable law, after which those too are purged on schedule.

Third-Party Data Sharing

We share data with payment processors (UPI rails, Paytm, PhonePe gateways) solely to complete your transactions. We do not share your data with advertisers or data brokers. Every third-party processor is contractually bound to our data standards.
